Position Overview - In the first 6 months you will be responsible for:

Brand & Key Messaging: Understanding the business and work to create a comprehensive Brand / Key Messaging Framework so that internally and through all external stakeholders the explanation of the Company is consistent.

Planning and Preparation: Understanding the business and nuances, creating a 6-month plan for the media and influencer outreach to reinforce the brand, and creating a media list, specifically tailored for the brand.

- Thought out plan for starting from zero.

- Connecting a multi brand multi company vision.

Storytelling: Working with the executive and marketing teams to develop compelling story ideas and pitches that can be shared with the media. We are looking for 3-4 pieces of quality coverage every month besides press release dissemination and managing press conferences and briefings, if any.

Coverage: We are currently launching many revolutionary products that will bring disruptive changes to software development and cloud computing. We will be launching newer versions and more new products over the next six months. We hope to count on our PR expert to be able to quickly break the launches to media, bloggers, influencers and analysts.

Relationship Management: Managing and engaging with our media and digital stakeholders to ensure they are excited about our activities all the time. Includes and not limited to setting up meetings with visiting team. Strong media relations with key Tech B2B and B2C media and leveraging relationships to develop and build a favorable perception of the Platform/Brand. To understand the business ecosystem and to develop storylines and story pitches and pitch and generate compelling articles on media which reaches out to relevant stakeholders.

Multi Discipline Launched B2B, B2C, B2H: targets businesses as well as Consumers as we believe all the brands have something common in their targeting endeavours; they are all trying to appeal to humans first.

Measuring Success: Demonstrating value at the end of 6-months based on key performance indicators (KPIs) digital analytics and media intelligence tools such as number of clippings, Web Traffic, Media Impressions, Social Media Mentions, Content Quality, and PR ROI.

Social Media - Strong understanding of the social media ecosystem, trends and working with the content team to build engaging content and drive story telling through relevant channels / platforms to manage engagement of relevant stakeholders using Paid, Earned, Owned and Shared strategies.

The successful candidate has comprehensive understanding of traditional and new media, is adept at the art of storytelling, and has strong relationships with the key influencers and media professionals. The person will be’s go-to contact for any press inquiries and will work closely with the management team and various other stakeholders to consistently elevate the company’s brand image and reputation in the media. The role collaborates with senior executives to promote the company’s thought leadership, corporate news, products, services, opinions, and various other milestones to the media and other influencer groups.
